1. Do you discontinue items?

We believe in evolving our designs. While we might keep the style of an item, we will undoubtedly change the fabrics and finishings. 

2. I received my item as a gift, can I return or exchange it?

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased, same policies for returns and exchanges are applied. Gift items can only be exchanged or receive a store credit. Please see our return policy here.

3. Can I combine discount codes?

Discount codes can not be combined. 

4. My promotion code is not working, what should I do?

If your promotion code is not working, please email sales@vitatalie.com and we will work to rectify the situation.

5. Where can I obtain information about caring for my item(s)?

When you purchase an item from Vita Talie, you will automatically receive a link to download care instructions for your item(s). As an ethical fashion brand, we aspire to reduce our carbon footprint and provide alternatives that not only benefit human beings but also the environment. If you loose your link, simply visit our care instructions page on the site and you can download care instructions for your Vita Talie item(s).

6. Do you have a store front?

We do not have a brick and mortar but we do vend at various markets in NYC. Follow us on our social media affiliates to find out where we will be vending.
