Shipping & Return Policy


1. Domestic (US) Shipping Rates

We offer a standard shipping rate of $6.95 for orders under $50. For all orders over $50 we offer Free Shipping.

2Canada and Mexico Shipping Rates

We offer a standard shipping rate of $15 for orders under $150. For orders over $150 we offer a $10 shipping rate.

3. International (Selected Countries) Shipping Rates

We offer a standard shipping rate of $19 for orders under $200. For orders over $200 we offer a $10 shipping rate.

4. General Shipping Policy

We have a processing time of 1 - 3 days. Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your purchase. 

5. Expedited Shipping Requests Policy

When making your purchase, simply indicate in your notes when you will need your item. If for any reason, we can not ship your item in time, we will contact you and offer you a refund.

Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS
We do not offer refunds for returns. Please see exchange policy.


EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery of your item. After 7 days , unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that your return is postmarked on the day of shipment to make sure that your exchange is accepted within the 7 day period.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@vitatalie.com and send your item to the below address.

GIFTS
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased, same policies for returns and exchanges are applied. Gift items can only be exchanged or receive a store credit.

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges can be made.

HAIR ADORNMENTS & JEWELRY
All hair adornments and jewelry can not be returned or exchanged.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We unfortunately can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
